The Avian Attorney is the seventh phoenix in the game. It can be found in the stampede when the player upgrades their phoenix habitat to level 5 or higher.
Appearance[]
Being a recolour of the Phoenix, the Avian Attorney is mostly coloured black, with a white collar and gradient on its wings and tail. The Avian Attorney wears a red tie around its neck, beneath its collar. Notably, its head feathers are even darker in colour, spiky in appearance with a zig-zagged white stripe on each side, in a possible allusion to Phoenix Wright's extreme hairstyle.

Requirements[]
- Space Zoo upgraded to Olympus 3 or greater.
- Phoenix tamed.
- Phoenix habitat upgraded to level 5 or higher.
- Ride past 1800m in Olympus.
Note: Its chance of appearing is extremely low due to it being a tier 5 animal. It will appear randomly but very rarely, and never before 1800m.

- The Avian Attorney is a reference to the character Phoenix Wright from the Ace Attorney series of visual novels.
- Its species, phoenix, plays on one half of his name.
- The Avian Attorney's description references both the right for anyone to have a defence and the other half of Phoenix Wright's name.
- The Baby Avian Attorney's abilities all boosting attributes by 12% may be a reference to the date of Ace Attorney's initial release, October 12, 2001.
