The Battle Yak is the fifth yak in the stampede.
Appearance[]
The Battle Yak lacks claws on its black feet, rather, it has a single claw protruding from both of its front feet. The Battle Yak has three main colours on its body, being brown, beige and black, arranged in layers. The back of the Battle Yak is black with many spikes jutting out at organised angles, and its black tail resembles a mace. A thin beige line separates its black back from the rest of its body, which is brown. Its head features horns which extend wider than usual and black hair which is tied up in knots with blue ties.
Description[]
Trained from birth to be a battle-hardened beast of war. Its milk tastes like victory.
Requirements[]
- Sky Zoo upgraded to Mountains 3 or greater.
- Yak tamed.
- Ride past 1800m in Mountains.
Note: Its chance of appearing is extremely low due to it being a tier 5 animal. It will appear randomly but very rarely, and never before 1800m.

- The Battle Yak could possibly play on either "battle attack" or "battle tank", however neither possibility is supported by the description.
- Its appearance could be based on a Viking.
- The Battle Yak is one of three animals that have some kind of reference to Vikings, the other two being the Viking Goat and the Walrus Viking.
- The description includes cliche sayings about war and specifically about someone or something that will help a side win.
