The Butterfly is the first butterfly that the player can befriend in Garden.

Appearance[]

The Butterfly has a mostly very dark, piercing, almost black, navy colour, making up its antennae, head, curled proboscis, thorax, six legs and wing veins. Its wings contain yellow segments arranged in a mosaic-like pattern, that is symmetrical on both wings.

Description[]

A brightly-coloured, airborne caterpillar.

Requirements[]

Space Zoo upgraded to Garden 6 or greater.
Ride in Garden.

Trivia[]

The Butterfly reflects a general butterfly.
- The description references both a butterfly's in-game behaviour, changing from a caterpillar into a butterfly when angry, and the fact that caterpillars metamorphose to become butterflies later on in their life.

Notes[]

The Butterfly was released in version 1.16.0 on the 8th of May 2018 on Android and on the 10th of May 2018 on iOS, along with beetles, centipedes and all other butterflies.
Like all beetles, centipedes and other butterflies, the Butterfly was bugged on iOS and would not appear up until the release of version 1.16.1 on the 14th of May 2018.
