The Dimetrobat is the third dimetrodon in the game in order in the zoo.
Appearance[]
The Dimetrobat is black, and resembles a bat, with its ears being relatively long and pointy at the tip, with a burgundy inside. It has big wings stretching from its body that also resemble those of a bat, being permanently folded and having a brown wing membrane held in place with three black "bones". Its sail differs little in structure from the Dimetrodon's, albeit it is coloured black and brown, and the membrane is more curved at the top, to reflect the Dimetrobat's theme. Finally, it has yellowish-orange fur around it's neck, and yellowish-orange feet.

The only proto-mammal that can fly.
Requirements[]
- Space Zoo upgraded to Jurassic 7 or greater.
- Dimetrodon tamed.
- Ride past 1300m in Jurassic.
Note: Its chance of appearing is medium due to it being a tier 3 animal. It will appear in just over half the runs the player does, and never before 1300m.

Trivia[]
- The Dimetrobat is a portmanteau of "dimetrodon" and "bat", and is reflected in its appearance.
- The description references the flying nature of bats, as well as the fact that dimetrodons are classed as proto-mammals, or synapsids.
- The Baby Dimetrobat's ability in how flying animals swoop 10% slower reflects the adult's bat theme, especially in how bats are flying animals.

- The Dimetrobat was released on the 16th of August 2018 in version 1.19.0 along with all other dimetrodons.
