The Dragon-fly is the second Chinese dragon in zoo order. It can be found in the stampede when the player upgrades their Chinese dragon habitat to level 2 or higher.
Appearance[]
The Dragon-Fly's body is similar to the Chinese Dragon's, the only difference being that it is coloured in varying shades of purple. Its most noticeable feature is a large pair of white insect-like wings extending from the middle of its body. Additionally, it has a pair of pale pink antennae instead of horns. Finally, a row of purplish-pink spikes stick up from its tail.
Description[]
Significantly larger than the average dragonfly.
Requirements[]
- Great Wall 1 unlocked.
- Chinese Dragon tamed.
- Chinese dragon habitat upgraded to level 2 or higher.
- Ride past 400m in Great Wall.
Note: Its chance of appearing is high but not guaranteed due to it being a tier 2 animal. It will appear often but not necessarily in every run, and never before 400m.

Trivia[]
- The Dragon-Fly is a play on a dragonfly, a large winged insect. It plays on words, separating 'dragonfly' into 'dragon' and 'fly'.
- The description plays on the difference in size between a Chinese dragon, which is a mythical beast with god-like characteristics, and a dragonfly, an insect.
- The Dragon-Fly is the second animal based on a Garden animal species, the other being the Grass Hopper.
Notes[]
- The Dragon-fly was released in version 1.22.0 on the 28th of January 2019 along with Great Wall and the first five Great Wall species.
