The Fifth Anniversary Event is a limited time event in the game that began on the 25th of June 2021. It ended on the 30th of July 2021 on iOS, and the 9th of August 2021 on Android.

This event allows the player to get everything from the previous events. The gameplay format is identical to the 2020 Winter Holiday Event and 2021 Chinese New Year Event, except on animals' backs are cakes (
). The player would go into the stampede and lasso animals that had floating cakes above them, in which each cake animal lassoed would give 1. Another way to get is by completing the daily tasks. The can be exchanged in the anniversary shop for animals, hats, and decorations.

- The Fifth Anniversary Event had several errors upon first release:
- Version 1.50.0 had a bug in which the badge introduction screen froze upon the game opening. Due to the long time it took for the Android version to be fixed, the event was extended by 10 days on Android.
- The Grassknotter did not appear in the exchange until version 1.50.2.
- The Nian Monster was incorrectly included in the exchange until 1.50.2.
- For some players, the Scarecrow text was mistakenly replaced by the Giraffemas Tree, meaning that the Giraffemas Tree actually was in the shop twice, one having the wrong picture.
- The Dracula costume had the wrong picture up until version 1.50.2, instead having the Candy Cane Suit picture.
