The Holiday Ostrich is the eleventh ostrich. It can be tamed in events.
Appearance[]
The Holiday Ostrich has a distinct Christmas theme; a pale peach body decorated in various green and red accessories. A skinny square red top hat sits atop its head, with a 5-pointed yellow star at the front and a white top, while a red bow-tie with a yellow centre knot is tied around the top of its neck. Draped around the base of its neck is a thick red and white striped scarf, with the end of it hanging off to its left side. The Holiday Ostrich has red shoes, and wears a dark green knitted sweater with lighter olive-green patterns, consisting of checkers and a cross on the wings, and stripes on the tail.

Note: Its chance of appearing is extremely low due to it being a tier 5 animal. It will appear randomly but very rarely, and never before 1000m.
Tips for Boss Mission[]
This is one of the easiest boss missions. The player begins on an ostrich, and chases after the Holiday Ostrich which is running at top speed. The keys are to keep calm as the ostrich's steering is excellent, making each obstacle that the player passes fairly easy to dodge, and to jump onto the Holiday Ostrich when the player is extremely close, as the Holiday Ostrich moves at extremely high speed, meaning that it is likely that the player will fall short.

Trivia[]
- The Holiday Ostrich, unlike other 2020 Chinese New Year Event animals, appears to celebrate Christmas. This is further supported by the description referring to "gift[s]".
- This may be due to the Holiday Ostrich being an unreleased animal from the 2019 Winter Holiday Event.
Notes[]
- The Holiday Ostrich was released in version 1.26.0 on the 15th of January 2020, as a part of the 2020 Chinese New Year Event.
- The description contains an error in that "Holidays" is incorrectly capitalised.
- This was fixed at an unknown date.
- Upon release, the Baby Holiday Ostrich had the contradictory abilities "Ridden animals are 10% slower" and "Ridden animals are 10% faster".
- The XP given for the Holiday Ostrich does not correlate with other boss animals or any of the other 2020 Chinese New Year Event animals, giving 14 (equivalent to tier 4) instead of 30 (equivalent to tier 5).
- At an unknown date, the Holiday Ostrich was changed from the tenth ostrich to the eleventh ostrich in zoo order.
