The Ladybug is the second beetle in the game. It can be found in the stampede when the player upgrades their beetle habitat to level 2 or higher.
Appearance[]
The Ladybug is coloured black on its legs and body, with a deep baby red hard casing, that has large round embossed black spots scattered around the back, which appear to be floating slightly. Apart from this, it retains the body structure of the Beetle.

Requirements[]
- Space Zoo upgraded to Garden 4 or greater.
- Beetle tamed.
- Beetle habitat upgraded to level 2 or higher.
- Ride past 400m in Garden.
Note: Its chance of appearing is high but not guaranteed due to it being a tier 2 animal. It will appear often but not necessarily in every run, and never before 400m.

- The Ladybug is based on a real life ladybug, a type of small beetle, in name and appearance.
- The description references how ladybugs eat aphids, small insects which feed and live off plants by sucking their sap.
- The Baby Ladybug's ability where mating animal appearance is increased by 5% plays on the 'lady' in "Ladybug", with ladies being associated with relationships.

- The Ladybug was released in version 1.16.0 on the 8th of May 2018 on Android and on the 10th of May 2018 on iOS, along with all other beetles, centipedes and butterflies.
- On iOS, all beetles, centipedes and butterflies were bugged, not appearing in the stampede up until version 1.16.1 on the 14th of May 2018.
