The Liberay is a manta ray which is a brown book with yellow markings instead of a normal manta ray. It has some pages on it as well, and has a light blue bookmark on its head.

A book that glides through the water.
Requirements[]
Note: Its chance of appearing is low due to it being a tier 4 animal. It will appear randomly but not often, and never before 1500m.
