The Sea-metrodon is the second dimetrodon in zoo order. It can be found in the stampede when the player upgrades their dimetrodon habitat to level 2 or higher.
Appearance[]
The Sea-metrodon is a light brown to dark terracotta fade, with each of its limbs fading into navy and then black towards its white, stumpy claws. It wears a distinct navy blue hat with a main round section and an extra bulbous section on top at the back, giving a sort of step-like appearance. Two short protrusions, both facing outwards, and a small rectangle at the front st the bottom, complete the hat. Its back consists of a light pink rim, resembling the edge of a hull of a boat, and a reddish-maroon centre. Its sail resembles the sail of a boat, coloured orange with wood-textured framework.
Description[]
This sailor wants to sail the seven seas, but the seven seas haven’t formed yet.
Requirements[]
- Space Zoo upgraded to Jurassic 7 or greater.
- Dimetrodon tamed.
- Dimetrodon habitat upgraded to level 2 or higher.

Trivia[]
- The Sea-metrodon is a portmanteau of "sea" and "dimetrodon", with its boat-like appearance referencing its maritime theme. It may also be a pun on how dimetrodons have "sails", and how boats have "sails" and are "sailed" around the seas.
- The description also plays on the sea theme, referencing the idiom "sail the Seven Seas", as well as how at the time of dimetrodons' existence, the continents had not separated to form the Seven Seas.
- The Baby Sea-metrodon's ability where animals are 20% faster in water also reflects this.
Notes[]
- The Sea-metrodon was released on the 16th of August 2018 in version 1.19.0 along with all other dimetrodons.
