Smashing animals, also called smashers or big animals, are animals which are classified as smashing based on their normal ability to smash obstacles and small animals. Most smashing animals have a special angry behaviour. When angry, the smashing animal will buck the player off and hurl them forward. Additionally, all smashing animals are big animals. There are currently 12 smashing animals.

Most smashing animals share similar habitat upgrades which helps in identifying the smashing animals. These are:
- Allows (species) to smash through trees / Allows (species) to smash through rocks
- Get bonus coins by smashing through obstacles on (species)
