The Sous Crab is the third crab in the game.
Appearance[]
The Sous Crab is a dark orange, almost red variant of the Crab, with a white underside and black legs. It features an elaborate black combover on its head and a fancy curled black moustache. In its right pincer is a large comb, while between its left pincers are scissor blades, complete with a pin at the joint of the pincers.

Is great at cooking lobster, to the horror of their family.
Requirements[]
Note: Its chance of appearing is medium due to it being a tier 3 animal. It will appear in just over half the runs the player does, and never before 1000m.

Trivia[]
- The Sous Crab could reference the sous cooking method, or a sous chef.
- The description extends on this, while also joking about how crabs and lobsters are both crustaceans and hence reasonably closely related.
- The appearance however does not match the sous reference. The Sous Crab, with its clippers, comb and fancy hairstyle, more closely resembles a barber or hairdresser.
