Clownfish are the first species of animal available in the Ocean Zoo. Clownfish are wobbling animals. There are 7 different types of clownfish.

Behaviour[]
- Wild: Clownfish move relatively slowly.
- When ridden: Clownfish move at a fast pace (however, slower than all other Ocean species), slightly wobbling.
- When angry: Clownfish wobble dramatically, like hydras, but moving slower than their normal speed, and making them hard to steer and to determine their jump direction.
- In habitat: Clownfish swim around, and hop once from time to time.
- Selected in habitat: Clownfish spin around themselves one time.
Tips[]
Clownfish are the most abundant animal, and are one of the only animals in the Ocean that moves at a somewhat slow pace in Ocean. They also have a very small hitbox, making them good for squeezing through tight spaces. They can offer some control when the pace becomes too fast, by jumping from clownfish to clownfish. However, when clownfish get angry, they wobble at a slow pace, making them less useful for getting to oxygen bubbles quickly.

- Level 1 - Ride for an extra 2s before a clownfish gets angry
- Level 2 - Ride faster through kelp on clownfish
- Level 3 - Get bonus coins for wobbling on clownfish
- Level 4 - Oxygen depletes 5% slower
- Level 5 - Gain 50% more ticket money from clownfish
- Level 6 - Fish wobble less when angry
- Level 7 - Takes 10% less time for the Ocean zone to recharge
- Level 8 - Ride for an extra 1s before a clownfish gets angry
- Level 9 - 2x more rare clownfish in the stampede
Notes[]
- Clownfish were released in version 2.0.0 on the 14th of April 2022, along with the Ocean Zoo, Ocean and all original Ocean species.
- In version 2.8.0, the species name was changed from "Fish" to the current.
- The level 6 habitat upgrade still says "fish" instead of "clownfish" though.
