The Stingasaurus is the third ankylosaurus obtainable in the game.
Appearance[]
The Stingasaurus uses the appearance of the Ankylosaurus as a base, but has a number of differences. The top side is coloured a light burgundy, with horizontal stripes of slightly darker shade, and the bottom side is coloured a dark burgundy, fading to a solid dark red in some areas. Its spikes are the same darker gradient. The tail has been changed to resemble a giant stinger. Finally, its feet are pincer-like objects, instead of claw-like as is the case with most other ankylosauruses. These features give the Stingasaurus an appearance somewhat reminiscent of a scorpion.

- Space Zoo upgraded to Jurassic 4 or greater.
- Ankylosaurus tamed.
- Ride past 750m in Jurassic.
Note: Its chance of appearing is medium due to it being a tier 3 animal. It will appear in just over half the runs the player does, and never before 750m.

Trivia[]
- The name "Stingasaurus" is a portmanteau of the words "sting" and "ankylosaurus".
- The Stingasaurus' description references its relation to scorpions and other arachnids, although these modern-day animals are far more recent, and more "highly evolved", having more time to evolve into their current form.

- The Stingasaurus was released in version 1.8.0 on the 18th of May 2017, along with Jurassic and most Jurassic animals.
