Fifth Anniversary Event[]
It's late, but it's finally here. The biggest event of the year, the Fifth Anniversary Event has arrived!. You can get any animal and hat you previously missed, as well as 5 new animals and 4 new hats.
Issues with the update[]
Many people have reported issues where their game freezes once they're introduced to the badges. If this has happened to you, please be patient. Yodo1 know about this issue and they're working on a fix for this which should be released soon. Do not delete the game and reinstall, as you will very likely lose your progress, given that the save system doesn't work reliably in this game, especially on Android.
Badges[]
The final thing introduced is the badges program. Pretty much, badges are rewarded to the player for purchasing packs and upgrading their zoo. They're also obtainable in some events like the Infinite Runner. You can use these to buy some exclusive decorations and hats. You can get animals too, but those animals can just be found normally in the wild so I wouldn't waste my badges on those.
