The Velvet Ant is the second ant. It can be found in the stampede when the player upgrades their ant habitat to level 2 or higher.
Appearance[]
The Velvet Ant is entirely black, with the exception of the tips of its limbs and antennae, coloured a more brown colour, and its two large red patches, one on its abdomen and one of its head.
Description[]
Not an ant but a wasp in disguise. The females do not have wings but instead have bright orange hair.
Requirements[]
Note: Its chance of appearing is high but not guaranteed due to it being a tier 2 animal. It will appear often but not necessarily in every run, and never before 400m.
