The Z-Lightning is the eleventh zebra in the game. It can currently only be tamed by purchasing with real money.

Appearance

The Z-Lightning's body is entirely dark purple, with jagged stripes coloured with light purple edges and white centres, the shape of which resembling lightning strikes. White light bursts out from its head and torso, complete with sparkles and faded purple lightning bolts.

Requirements

From 18th Nov 2019 onwards:

• Purchase as a part of a limited sale.
  • Requires the player to be VIP level 1 or above.
  • VIP Exclusive Bundle (also includes Pumpkinfalo and Executive Tour).
  • VIP Privilege Bundle (also includes 3x Luxury Tour).
  • At VIP level 4 or higher:
    • VIP Premium Bundle (also includes Pumpkinfalo, Fire Lion and Executive Tour).
• Ride past 2100m in Savannah (Z-Lightning match can be tamed).

Note: Its chance of appearing is extremely low due to it being a tier 5 animal. It will appear randomly but very rarely, and never before 2100m.

Trivia

• The Z-Lightning may play on the zig-zag nature of lightning strikes, with the z's of 'zig-zag' relating back to a zebra.
  • The description references the "darting" nature of lightning, and also describes the appearance of the Z-Lightning.

Notes

• The Z-Lightning was released in version 1.24.1 on the 18th of November 2019, being purchase only on release. It was released with the Pumpkinfalo and the Fire Lion.
  • The Z-Lightning is likely to have been intended to be released in the 2019 Halloween Event, which was not released due to the developers failing to complete the release in time for Halloween.
• Until version 1.25.0 on the 12th of December 2019 on Android, the Z-Lightning could not be found in the stampede and its match could consequently not be found.
• The description contains a mistake in which 'a' is used instead of 'an', which is required if the next word begins with a vowel sound.
  • This was corrected at an unknown date.
• The Z-Lightning was removed from the total progress in version 1.25.0 on the 12th of December 2019. It would be added to the progress once the player purchases the Z-Lightning.
