The Zodiyak is the eighth yak discoverable in the stampede. Like all endangered animals it can only be found in random days. Its match can then be found on random days after the player has tamed it.
Appearance[]
The Zodiyak is mostly black, with a black furry body that fades to light grey on its feet and head, with a grey mop of hair. It also has white horns which are long and twisted back, with a white crescent moon floating between the tips. The Zodiyak emits three auras or light features. The first is a light blue circle of light between its horns. The second is a dark circle originating from between its front legs. Its final aura is tiny white dots being emitted from its body, replicating stars in the night sky.

This yak is a Taurus and really into astrology. Often found staring off into space.
Requirements[]
- Sky Zoo upgraded to Mountains 3 or greater.
- Yak tamed.
- Can only be tamed on a certain random day, and can only be matched on a certain random day after it has been tamed.
- Ride past 800m in the Mountains.
- After it is matched it can be found permanently in the stampede.
Note: Its chance of appearing is extremely low due to it being a tier 5 animal. It will appear randomly but very rarely, and never before 800m.

Trivia[]
- The Zodiyak is a play on the Western zodiac, which is a horoscope based on when someone is born (lining up to a certain star sign at that time).
- The description includes multiple references, referencing the star sign Taurus, or the bull, which is intentionally linked to a yak in that they are of the same family and genus (Bovidae and Bos respectively), astrology, the study of how the alignment of celestial objects, particularly stars, can be used to predict one's future and the phrase "staring off into space", which means to blank or zone out.

- The Baby Zodiyak was bugged in version 1.27.2, appearing as completely cream white.
